Creating your life plan
YOUR LIFESTYLE DETAILS
We kick things off by creating your personalized plan based on a detailed intake questionnaire that gives me insight into your habits, goals, preferences, current strength level, supplements, what you eat, and more.
From there, I research and design a customized plan tailored just for you, including exactly what to eat, when to eat, specific step and water goals, exactly what supplements to take and when, fasting windows, sleep and stress remedies, and much more!
You’ll also receive exact strength training workouts, demo videos for proper form included, along with guidance on when to do them—so there’s no guesswork, just a clear path to success. Even if you are starting from scratch!
Daily tracking, weekly check-ins, lots of support
ACCOUNTABILITY, SUPPORT, AND MOTIVATION
A key part of your success is daily tracking and weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and on track. With my in-app tracking system, you’ll log your meals, workouts, steps, and workouts—all in one place—so you can see your progress in real-time.

Frequently Asked Questions
WILL I HAVE TO COUNT MACROS, CALORIES, AND MEAL PREP ON THIS PROGRAM?
Not at all! Counting- or obsessing- over food is the EXACT outdated practice we are trying to get rid of. Counting is not sustainable. Eating real food without a calculator is...and I give you all the tools to do this.
CAN I GO OUT TO RESTAURANTS ON THIS PROGRAM?
Yep! You can go to restaurants, on vacations... anywhere! I give you resources that make it easy to follow the program anywhere!
DO I NEED TO TAKE HORMONES TO GET RESULTS FROM THIS COURSE?
Absolutely not! This program is built around the key lifestyle foundations—nutrition, exercise, stress management, and self-care—so you can support your body and hormones naturally.
​HRT is a personal choice, and while it’s not required for success, I provide science-backed education so you can make an informed decision about what’s best for you.

CAN I DRINK ALCOHOL ON THIS PROGRAM OR IS IT PROHIBITED?
You can enjoy alcohol on this program.... but with some simple rules. I believe that enjoying a glass of wine and fellowshipping with your friends is important.
CAN I DO THIS COURSE IF I AM A VEGAN OR A VEGETARIAN?
Complete protein is essential for building and maintaining muscle, especially as we age. After 30, we naturally start losing muscle every decade—unless we actively strength train and consume enough protein (with proper amounts of essential amino acids for protein synthesis) to preserve and build it.

While I do provide a vegan meal plan, I’ll be honest—getting enough bioavailable amino acids from vegan protein sources can be very challenging because genetically humans are meant to eat meat. Vegetarians who include eggs and whey protein isolate (although I am not a fan of dairy) can swap out animal meats in the meal plans to meet their protein needs. My goal, as a scientist and coach, is to help you fuel your body in the most effective possible way that aligns with our human biology for muscle building, strength, metabolism, and overall health.
